Data we receive
- Applications: email address, optional Discord username, preferred version and platform, application text and submission status.
- Accounts: email address, username, authentication identifier, roles, badges, invite association and subscription status.
- Product data: saved configurations, friend relationships, messages, game invites and launcher/client session records when those features are used.

02
Why it is used
- Process private-access applications and issue invitation keys.
- Authenticate accounts and synchronize access between the website, launcher and client.
- Provide configurations, social features, downloads and subscription state.
- Protect the service, investigate abuse, diagnose errors and maintain compatibility.
- Send application or release updates when consent was provided.
03
Service providers
Supabase provides authentication, database, storage and Edge Function infrastructure. Cloudflare is intended to provide website delivery and security. Stripe will process payment information only after purchasing is enabled; Hades does not need to store complete card details.
Providers process data under their own infrastructure and privacy terms. Data is not sold for advertising.
04
Storage and retention
Account and entitlement records are retained while needed to provide access, secure the service and resolve disputes. Application records may be retained through the relevant release cycle. Security logs and expired sessions are periodically removed or minimized where operationally possible.
Browser authentication state is stored locally so you can remain signed in. The current website does not load advertising trackers.
05
Your choices
- You can sign out locally at any time and request a password reset from the sign-in page.
- You can decline optional application fields and release-update consent.
- You may request access, correction or deletion of personal data through the published support channel, subject to security and legal retention requirements.
06
Security and changes
Hades uses scoped browser credentials and keeps service-role credentials out of the website. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so suspected account or data issues should be reported promptly.
This policy may be updated as production services, payment processing and public support channels are enabled. Material changes will be reflected by the revision date.
