Unauthorized or duplicate charges
If a charge referencing Hades appears before website sales are officially enabled, do not enter additional payment information. Preserve the transaction details and report it through the official support channel once published or through the payment provider shown on the statement.

Future subscriptions
When subscriptions become available, cancellation will stop future renewal but will normally leave access active through the already paid period. Any statutory refund or withdrawal rights will remain unaffected by the published policy.
