Scope and acceptance

By creating or using a Hades account, submitting an application or accessing a private build, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Hades is an independent product and is not affiliated with, approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.

Invitations and accounts

• Registration requires a valid personal invite issued through the Hades access system.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials private.
• Invite keys, accounts, subscriptions and private builds may not be sold, shared or transferred without written permission.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account until unauthorized access is reported.

License and restrictions

Active access grants a limited, personal, revocable and non-transferable license to use the launcher and client. Ownership of Hades, its code, branding and supplied assets is not transferred.

• Do not redistribute private binaries, mappings, configurations or access tokens.
• Do not bypass account, subscription, update or access controls.
• Do not use Hades to attack infrastructure, compromise accounts or interfere with other users' devices.
• Security research must be reported privately before public disclosure.

Game and server rules

You are solely responsible for deciding where and how you use Hades. Third-party servers and platforms may prohibit modified clients or automation and may suspend or ban accounts. Hades does not guarantee compatibility with any server, platform or anti-cheat system.

Availability and changes

Pre-release functionality, supported versions and platform adapters may change without notice. Maintenance, game updates, security incidents or external platform changes can temporarily interrupt service.

Access may be suspended to protect users, investigate abuse, enforce these terms or comply with legal requirements.

Paid access

Website purchasing is currently disabled. Before paid subscriptions are enabled, the price, billing interval, renewal terms, cancellation method and applicable withdrawal information will be shown at checkout.

An invitation or approved application does not itself create a paid subscription or guarantee future availability.

Warranty and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, pre-release software is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, compatibility or fitness for a particular server. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
